He helps people increase their spiritual depth and use that to sustain themselves as they move through the challenges of life.
A Passion Leader – Duane’s former role as a leader in a Fortune 500 organization, coupled with his lifetime of teaching and training, enables him to ignite passion in clients. He works with executives who are deemed “successful” but who have lost their passion. Duane Wade is an independent business consultant and conflict resolution specialist who works worldwide providing services to clients. Duane has recently partnered with The Writer’s Cup of Grace to expand their services – leadership development, executive coaching, life coaching, personal re-invention and spiritual guidance. His most recent focus has included: executive coaching, creative strategic thinking, change management, organization development, team effectiveness and diversity. Additionally, he consults on board development and growing a business to the next level. Duane has worked internally and externally as a consultant, including work with several Fortune 500 organizations. He has worked in various industries – pharmaceutical, insurance, healthcare, hospitality, banking, legal, entertainment, education and more.
Duane’s executive coaching practice focuses on executives who represent all levels of leadership, including CEO’s. He also provides services for executive couples where each spouse or partner is an executive. Duane coaches a number of other executive coaches and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. He applies the ICF ethical guidelines to his work with clients.
His approach to coaching is customized to each client’s needs - defining the issues and creating a plan based on each client’s unique needs, learning style and business imperatives. Duane has owned three businesses so he understands business pressures and deliverables that must be balanced with an ongoing need to improve leadership skills. He also has worked in a global organization at the executive level.
His work internationally has also enabled him to increase the creativity with which he offers services that require a particular cultural fit. Duane has a Master’s degree in Human Development and Family Therapy. He is also a certified Organization Development Consultant. He is a life-long learner who brings his passion effectively to guide his clients.
